All new members must submit an Online Application. The Haven is a "Members Only Club"

Applications must be completed with ALL required information. If they are not, they WILL be deleted. This means, Full Name, Date of Birth, Valid email address, Phone Number, City, State and Zip Code. Plus, we would like to know how you heard about the club.

Applications can also be done at the door and will require the same information.

All applications are downloaded every 15 minutes so please fill out on-line prior to your arrival to events.
